How will I feel under hypnosis?

Each session, I conduct a consultation to discuss how your pregnancy is progressing, and it gives you a chance to talk about any concerns you have.


During the session, you will feel totally relaxed, almost like a daydream state. You remain aware of sounds, music, smells, and the surrounding environment, but you will be completely at ease, allowing yourself time to relax and allowing yourself to drift off into a deeply relaxed state.

Contrary to popular belief, a hypnotherapist can't make someone do anything they don't want to do and you can stop the session at any time that you want.
